The physical body endures a great deal of changes during this time of pregnancy and loss. During and following my own miscarriage, I felt challenged to remain patient while still bleeding, wearing uncomfortable pads, experiencing cramping and other undesirable sensations. Even after the initial loss, I found myself feeling frustrated as I awaited for my cycle to return - yearning to understand my body again. This recording helped me move through this season with trust, comfort and understanding. Sharing so you can too.

During my own miscarriage journey, I realized the lack of immediate on demand resources available to aid in the healing of a sudden loss. I knew I needed help and I also knew how important it was to ensure the subconscious mind was being guided away from the negative self-talk and towards the tender and gentle love that we are all capable of experiencing again.
