This recording was crafted to support you in discovering safety & calm during times you feel afraid and anxious. This track can be utilized for any fear you are experiencing but was initially born from the many clients who requested support with fears of flying. All fears have the same underlying need - a desire to feel safe. This recording encourages the body to tune back into a calm, relaxed and trusting space - moving out of fight flight and into a parasympathetic state.
When we give our body the chance to feel calm, relaxed and safe - we can mentally move past any undesirable thoughts or beliefs. When you are ready to fully leave your fears behind you - Andrea highly recommends a combination of EFT tapping (which quickly and safely releases the fear) and guided imagery (which relaxes the body allowing it to be more receptive to change and positive associations).
